Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using the corporate website (the “Site”) operated by TURCA LLC (“Turca”, “we”). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published to give general information about Turca and its products. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a commitment or a contract. Information about our products may change without notice.

2. Fourdeck

Using Fourdeck is subject to the terms and policies published by Fourdeck on fourdeck.com. The Fourdeck screens and interface illustrations on the Site are for promotion only. The names, profiles and content in these visuals are illustrative.

3. Images

The Site uses some stock photographs for decoration. The people in these photographs are not presented as Turca’s customers or employees, and the images do not mean that these people recommend Turca or its products. The photographs in the team section show Turca’s founders.

4. Intellectual property

The names, logos and emblems of Turca and Fourdeck, and the text, design, illustrations and software code on the Site, belong to Turca or its licensors. Apart from viewing the Site for your own use, you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute this content without our written permission. Third-party content, such as stock photographs and fonts, is subject to its own licences.

5. Rules of use

When you use the Site, you agree:

• not to use the Site for unlawful purposes,
• not to try to disrupt the security or operation of the Site or gain unauthorised access to it,
• not to place a load on the Site with automated tools that goes beyond normal use,
• not to send unsolicited commercial messages, harmful links or misleading information through the contact form,
• not to send another person’s information without their permission.

6. Messages you send us

Sending us a message through the contact form or by email does not create a contract between us. Please do not share trade secrets or confidential information without a confidentiality agreement in place. Ideas and suggestions you send us on your own initiative do not create any duty of confidentiality or payment on our side unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The personal data you send is processed under our Privacy Policy. If you are in Turkey, the KVKK Notice (in Turkish) also applies.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to other websites. We have no control over their content, security or practices, and we recommend reading their own terms and policies when you use them.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the content on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, or that the Site will be available without interruption or errors. The Site is provided “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or from not being able to use it. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights you have under the law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date of its last update. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the current terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not limit the rights you have under the mandatory law of your country, in particular consumer law.
