Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TURCA LLC (“Turca”, “we”) collects when you visit our corporate website (the “Site”) or contact us, and how we use it. If you are in Turkey, details on how your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are in the KVKK Notice (in Turkish).

In short

• The Site is for information only. It has no accounts, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and sets no cookies for advertising or tracking.
• We only process the technical information the Site needs to work, and what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

Technical information: When you visit the Site, your browser automatically sends information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the time of your visit and the page you view. This information is kept in the server logs of our hosting provider.

Information you send us: When you fill in the contact form or email us, your name, email address, the content of your message, and your phone number and website address if you choose to share them. Form messages reach us by email through our email delivery provider, Resend; they are not stored in a separate database on the Site.

How we use information

• To run the Site, keep it secure and fix technical problems,
• to answer your questions, offers, partnership proposals and job applications,
• to meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers we use to host the Site, deliver form messages to us, protect the form against automated submissions and handle email, and only as far as the service requires. When the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights, we may also share information with authorities and our legal advisers.

Third-party content and links

Some decorative images on the Site load from the servers of Pexels and Unsplash. When they load, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address directly to these providers. They are subject to their own privacy policies.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. It only loads when you click into the form. When it loads, your browser’s technical information is sent to Cloudflare, which is subject to its own privacy policy.

The Site links to other websites, such as the website of our product Fourdeck (fourdeck.com). Those sites have their own privacy policies and terms, and we recommend reading the ones on fourdeck.com when you use Fourdeck.

International processing

Turca is a company established in the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, mainly in the United States and in the countries where our service providers are located.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, and for a reasonable period after your request is resolved (generally no more than two years). Where a contract, dispute or legal obligation exists, the periods set by the relevant law apply. After that, your information is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however.

Children

The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are under 18, please do not send us your personal information.

Your rights

You can write to us to exercise rights such as accessing your information and having it corrected or deleted. The rights of people in Turkey under the KVKK, and how to apply, are described in the KVKK Notice (in Turkish). The law of your country may give you additional rights.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date of its last update. For the rules that apply to using the Site, see the Terms of Use.
